Our menu has something for everyone and all occasions with all our delicious meat items, as well as several non meat choices (vegetarian and vegan, as well as gluten free where possible). Minimum 10 hours slow smoked for juicy pulled meat over apple, hickory, or cherry wood. Served with pre-chosen bread rolls, flour tortillas, or corn tacos. With all our items we provide sauces.
Minimum 12 hour smoked beef brisket over cherry, mesquite or hickory wood.
Juicy, tender, fall apart boneless chicken thighs, slowly smoked over cherry wood and your choice of our deep south Cajun (medium heat) or mid west herb and spice blend (no heat) seasonings.
Slow apple wood smoked tender pork belly chunks, with a sweet and sticky glaze.
Loin (baby back) ribs, tender and moist, smoked over apple wood with our maple syrup and tallow glaze.
Variety of beautiful local grass fed beef cuts from great tasting skirt, beefy rumps, succulent sirloins, or rambunctious ribeyes cooked over searing hot coals, or dirty style straight on them.
Upright barrel hung roasted meats juicy and flavourful. Your choice of:
Hopping across the southern US border for some Central American style Al Pastor meats, large skewers of chicken or pork hung in our barrel cookers served with your choice of corn or flour tortillas and our pineapple, and pico gallo style salsas. A great evening wedding food choice.
Heading further south, our take on Picanha is reverse seared to ensure the same cooking temperature throughout the meat, tender and tasty, gaucho style seasoned served with chimichurri sauce.
Tasty BBQ vegetarian/vegan options from our dedicated meat free smoker served in trays so curious carnivores need not be shunned away!

Crunchy US style red cabbage based slaw with a cider vinegar mayo dressing.
Our own macaroni and four cheese recipe with just a hint of woodsmoke for flavour.
Charcoal roasted aubergine, courgette, peppers, butternut squash and carrots marinaded in one of our BBQ rubs and olive oil.
Fresh leafy green salads with cherry/plum tomatoes, sweetcorn, and your choice of our Balsamic and Olive oil, French, or Honey and Mustard dressings.

Decadent chocolate brownies with a hint of maple smoke. Either with a chocolate or salted caramel topping.
Biscuit base, with a fresh banana and caramel filling, topped with lashings of smooth whipped cream and a sprinkle of chocolate.
A marshmallow and chocolate filling sandwiched between layers of crumbly cookies, melted down on our smokers for a hint of woodsmoke.
We don't provide any drinks service, either hot or alcoholic, but work with some very talented people at www.unstabled.uk to provide everything you could require. Mixology, cocktails, general bar and a plethora of great hot drinks can be arranged.

Build your own package from the menu above, whatever takes your fancy. Our pricing generally ranges from £12.50 to £50 per person depending on your selections, but we price as an event not per person. All pricing is inclusive of compostable sugarcane plates, bamboo cutlery, and paper napkins with no hidden extras.
Pricing is indicative based on numbers but payable as a whole event, our minimum package price is £600 regardless of items and numbers of people, our full T's and C's are here.

But of course these are just what some of our customers have come up with, our menu allows for any combinations of your specific choice and design. Want a full on beef or pork 4 different ways menu, no problem. Want a complete non meat menu, no worries, the choice and design is yours.
We can provide either buffet style food or sharing platters for tables (including food serving to tables and clear up but we do not provide a full waiting service). Our pricing includes compostable plates, cutlery, and napkins. China and steel cutlery can be hired for an additional charge if preferred.

We work with local specialty independant partners such as our butcher, greengrocer and baker, or specialist high quality catering suppliers. This allows us to use some exquisite local produce such as grass fed Devon ruby red beef, Somerset raised pork and chicken. 92% of our food is made from scratch (we let the experts in their field make our rolls and wraps along with some of the sauces we offer), and we believe in letting our fresh ingredients sing, their flavours enhanced only by a kiss of subtle wood smoke.
