Our menu has something for everyone and all occasions with all our delicious meat items, as well as non meat choices (vegetarian and vegan, as well as gluten free where possible). From US style favourites, South American style meats, to Central American style tacos. Our pricing depends on your selections and is indicated by numbers to the nearest 10, but we price as a whole event not per person. All pricing is inclusive of compostable sugarcane plates, bamboo cutlery, and paper napkins if needed with no hidden extras.

We can provide either buffet style food or sharing platters for tables (including food serving to tables and clear up but we do not provide a full waiting service). Our pricing includes compostable plates, cutlery, and napkins if required. China and steel cutlery can be hired for an additional charge if preferred, this charge also includes clearing of this crockery and cutlery.

Each event will of course run differently but we will handle everything we supply, work with your timings, and be simple to work with whether at a venue or at home.
The barbecue equipment we use will differ depending on your menu package choices, whether cooked low and slow overnight at our base, or live fire on site, we deal with this, no need for you to supply any barbecue equipment.
Our low and slow cooked items like our pulled meats, beef brisket, and shredded chicken are cooked in our large barbecue smokers off site and rested beautifully during transport to be served fresh at your event.
Our barrel cooked items such as ribs, barrel meats, al pastor and shawarma are cooked on site at your venue with beautiful aromas and theatre.
We will provide equipment such as buffet tables, tablecloths, serving implements, and if you need them, compostable crockery, cutlery, and napkins.
We will clear away everything we use to serve you quickly and efficiently, waste is for you to sort, compostables biodegrade in normal waste disposal.
If you have opted for platter service at an additional charge, as well as everything for our work area, we will supply the platters, bowls, trays, and serving implements that you will need, along with sauce bottles for the tables. We will also clear these away when you are finished, however you will need to look after anything not provided by us, and your waste, this isn't a full waiting service.
Please be aware of the space required on the tables for platter service when planning any of your own table decor.
We provide trays for these to be offered round to your guests by us whilst they are mingling unless you would prefer these placing on a table for guests to help themselves to.
We work with local specialist independent partners such as our butcher and greengrocer, as well as specialist high quality catering suppliers. This allows us to use some exquisite local produce such as grass fed Devon ruby red beef, Somerset raised pork and chicken. 92% of our food is made from scratch (we let the experts in their field make our rolls and wraps along with some of the sauces we offer), and we believe in letting our fresh ingredients sing, their flavours enhanced only by a kiss of subtle wood smoke with nothing too spicy.
