Founder of the company and general organiser. The person that will generally respond to queries, organise everything for you, and keeps our wide array of smokers and barbecues in tip top condition. Loves cooking, the outdoors, and spending time with family including our next generation pitmaster Arthur

The main lady and co-owner of Dirty BBQ. Helps James in the prep kitchen and runs a catering team. Passionate about quality ingredients, cooking from scratch, and keeping James and Arthur in check!

Kate is our organised, multi talented, hospitality expert. She isn't afraid to get stuck in to any task. Kate enjoys riding and looking after her horse, as well as socialising in Taunton.

Emma is an expert in food service; you name the food brand, she's probably worked there and brings all that experience to every event she comes to. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, particularly where rugby is involved.

Jess is the pinnacle of hospitality excellence, a front of house master. Keeps everything in check if timings are tight, and manages to make most people smile whilst doing it!

Our not so silent ideas and development guru. When he's at an event he keeps morale at it's highest. Enjoys cycling, running, camping, cooking outdoors, and spending time with his family and dogs.

As well as our core team members we have a number of freelance chefs, hospitality, and event staff all over the south west we call upon to help make your special event run perfectly.
