Terms and Conditions

 All event bookings must be confirmed in writing by the Client, and are only booked once payment of either the amount in full or agreed deposit is paid and received.

 Payment is required either in full at time of booking, or by a 50% non-refundable deposit with the remainder due no later than 7 days before the event date.

 An invoice will be issued with a description of the services provided, cost, and payment details.

 Payment must be made by bank transfer.

 All bookings are agreed upon a total event fee, if numbers are less than described at the time of booking there will be no refund or reduction in invoiced cost.

 If numbers are higher than described at the time of booking, Dirty BBQ Ltd reserves the right to request additional payment, or only serve the amount of food for the numbers described at the time of booking.

 In the unfortunate event of a booking cancellation not instigated by Dirty BBQ Ltd, if the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the event 50% of the total event cost will be retained by Dirty BBQ Ltd. No refund will be due if the event is cancelled 7 days or less before the event, if only the deposit has been paid, Dirty BBQ Ltd require payment in full.

 Dirty BBQ Ltd will endeavour to provide, where possible, suitable adaptions to the menu for any guests with special dietary requirements or allergies. We cannot however take responsibility for any guests unless advised and agreed in advance (no less than 10 working days prior to the event).

 We accept no liability for any food supplied to the Client by another caterer (or food products supplied by the Client themselves) in addition to those arranged by Dirty BBQ Ltd.

 Liability transfers to the Client for any leftovers that remain at the event after the serving period, along with the safe temperature storage of that food. 

 We will provide equipment such as buffet tables, tablecloths, serving implements, and if you need them, compostable crockery, cutlery, and napkins. We will clear away everything we use to serve you quickly and efficiently, waste is for you to sort, compostables biodegrade in normal waste disposal.

 Dirty BBQ Ltd shall incur no liability to the Client if performance of the contract is prevented or hindered by any case whatsoever beyond Dirty BBQ Ltd’s control and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, by act of fire, flood, subsidence, sabotage, accident, strike, or lock out and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting there from suffered by the Client.

 Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of Dirty BBQ Ltd breaking this agreement including deliberate breaches is strictly limited to the lower amount of either the contract package price or the deposit paid to that point in time.
